Delivery and Shipping :
Your choice of 3 delivery options:

  1. Free express shipping (2-4 business days) on purchases over $150.
  2. Standard shipping (3-8 business days) $11.
  3. Express shipping $19.

Notes:

  • Shipping is not available for PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • The day of order is not considered as business day after the order has been paid the warehouse needs 1 day to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • In most cases the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
  • If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not receive it you must contact customer service to verify within 14 days of the other date. For other orders products and logistics related issues you must contact customer service within 30 days of the older date.

Cancellations and returns policy

  1. Delivery exchanges and returns

We hope you love what you’ve ordered but just in case you’re not 100% satisfied with the item you purchased – you can exchange it without any problem!
First exchange/return on us
You must make sure that the item has not been used in any way and that the shipment is made within 14 days of receiving the package or within 2 business days if you are interested in receiving a refund (minus 5% of the cost of the item as per the law).
In case of cancellation of a transaction that has not yet reached the customer, the amount will be deducted by 5% according to the law.

* Items bought on sale can be exchanged up to 5 days from the day of receiving the package.
* Items with defects created as a result of wearing the product will not be replaced. (Example: items with a makeup stain or an item with the smell of cigarettes). Only items that are in the new and perfect condition in which they were sent to the customer will be replaced.

Any credit will be transferred to the credit card on which the order was made only, and in accordance with the schedules and procedures of the credit company.
It is clarified and emphasized that items that were purchased as part of promotions and/or end of season can be returned within 5 days of receiving them, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
No monetary credit will be given for products for which no monetary consideration has been paid, such as promotions or gifts.
Now, you will have to choose which method is most convenient for you to make the exchange/return:
1. Sending via UPS
* First exchange/return on us
* You must put in the package the item you want to return/exchange.
* Then, you must go to a ups store and send the package to our office – you will receive a message with the delivery address.
* As soon as your package is received at our offices, our customer service will contact you by phone.
2. Shipping on our behalf by fast express delivery- For this option, shipping costs will apply –
* One-way delivery – for returns / exchanges, at a cost of $20
